Pets are welcome with additional fees – $150 extra security deposit(refundable) and $15-25 per pet, per month(non-refundable and depends on the weight of animal). * No Rottweilers, pit bulls(staffordshire terriers), or pitbull mixes. Sorry, we love dogs too, but the insurance companies don’t.
What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have verifiable GROSS income of $1500 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a back ground check and a credit check.
