Lee Smith – Lee started Spouses Buying Houses, Inc. in 2007 but has been managing properties for more than 20 years. Lee is also a licensed real estate broker (License number RB14037978). He has lived in the Indianapolis area his entire life, and currently lives locally with his wife and two children. Lee oversees all aspects of the business and strives to ensure residents and investors have a positive experience and truly feel like family.
Peg – …is not Lee’s spouse. She has lived in the Indianapolis area for much of the last 25 years. She has been involved with property management since 2011 and has been working with Lee since 2014. Peg manages operations from the application and leasing process through move-in and tenancy. She continues to be a key point of contact for both residents and investors.
