Home does NOT have air conditioning, but you can use your own portable unit, or we rent them as well! Washer and dryer hookups in basement. Basement is mainly for storage. No pets permitted.

NOTE: Many basements seep in heavy rains. For this reason, we recommend you only use basements for storage and keep perishable items in waterproof containers.
What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have verifiable GROSS income of $2100 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a background check and a credit check.
