NOTE: Many basements seep in heavy rains. For this reason, we recommend you only use basements for storage and keep perishable items in waterproof containers.
Animals are subject to owner approval, so if you have questions, please ask before you apply. Additional monthly fees apply per animal as well as an additional refundable security deposit. No rottweilers, pit bulls (Staffordshire terriers), or pitbull mixes will be considered.
What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have a verifiable GROSS income of $2400 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a background check and a credit check.
